About & standards

Trust is a process you can inspect.

We are building a U.S. real estate gateway around visible standards: what is verified, who is responsible, where roles end, and how corrections are handled.

Verification methodology

When opportunity content is later published, it will distinguish verified facts, seller-supplied information, third-party estimates, and Team USA assumptions. Source status and documentation limits will be made visible.

Role boundaries

Team USA provides general education and coordination. Licensed brokerage, legal, tax, immigration, lending, insurance, title, inspection, and management work remains with appropriately qualified professionals.

Correction policy

If published information is materially inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or improperly attributed, notify us. We will review the source, correct or clarify the content when warranted, and maintain the appropriate limitation label.

Required disclosures

Professional information is disclosed, not invented.

Licensed brokerage identity: To be published when applicable.
Responsible broker: To be published when applicable.
State served and agency role: To be published for each relevant engagement.
Compensation and conflicts disclosure: To be published when relevant to an opportunity, relationship, or service.
